Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine plant-based milk and apple cider vinegar, let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
  5. Shape dough into a round loaf, place on a baking sheet.
  6. Cut a cross on top of the loaf.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
