Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in eggnog, vanilla, and nutmeg until combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
