Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage finely.
- Mix cabbage with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Add caraway seeds and garlic.
- Pack tightly into a jar.
- Ferment at room temperature for 3-5 days.
- Store in refrigerator.
