Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat chili oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Divide ramen into bowls, top with green onions, boiled egg, corn, and cilantro.

Notes
