Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating colors and types.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
