Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients (flour, matcha, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip. Cook 1-2 minutes more.
- Serve warm with syrup or whipped cream.
