  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup


Instructions

  1. Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes).
