Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes).
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
