Description
A refreshing salad made with fresh seaweed and crisp cucumber.
Ingredients
- 200g fresh seaweed
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse the seaweed thoroughly and drain well.
- Slice the cucumber thinly and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Combine seaweed and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
- Serve chilled.

- Use fresh seaweed for best results.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
