Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Fold in flour and hazelnuts until just combined.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
