Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring garlic, ginger, and bok choy for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 lb bok choy, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bok choy and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using, then serve.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Cook bok choy stems first if they’re thick.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
