Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 lb bok choy, chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
