Ingredients
- 1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, pineapple juice, and cloves to make the glaze.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
- Bake for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
- Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
