Description

Crispy gluten-free chicken nuggets made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  3. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then coat with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken nuggets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
