Ingredients
- 24 mini slider buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form small patties slightly larger than the slider buns.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until done.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- Toast the slider buns lightly if desired.
- Spread ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise on the buns.
- Add lettuce and tomato slices.
- Place the cooked patties on the buns and serve.
Notes
- You can use turkey or chicken patties instead of beef.
- Add pickles for extra flavor.
