Description

A quick and easy twist on the classic grilled cheese, these roll-ups are fun to make and perfect for a snack or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
  2. Place a slice of cheese on each bread slice.
  3. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of each roll-up.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving.
