Ingredients
- 1 pie crust (9-inch)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream together.
- Stir in ham, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
