Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup grated apple
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, honey, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in grated apple.
- Scoop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
