Description

Delicious and healthy baked pumpkin donut holes packed with warm spices and natural sweetness. Perfect for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients together.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Scoop batter into the prepared tin, filling each cavity 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from tin.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar.
