Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on top.
- Add fresh dill and parsley.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
