Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down dough and fold in herbs.
  6. Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
