Description
Soft and fluffy herbed dinner rolls perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary), chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down dough and fold in herbs.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
