A healthy and easy Greek yogurt breakfast parfait layered with fresh fruits and granola for a nutritious start to your day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl or glass, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
- Top with a layer of granola.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the container is full.
- Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle chia seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before eating.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries based on availability.
- For extra creaminess, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
