Ingredients
- 6 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until frothy.
- Add diced bell peppers, onions, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg whites. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
