Description

Tender beef bites cooked slowly in a garlic butter sauce, perfect for a high-protein meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Season beef pieces with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer beef and garlic butter mixture to the slow cooker.
  5. Pour beef broth over the meat.
  6. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
