Description
Tender beef bites cooked slowly in a garlic butter sauce, perfect for a high-protein meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef pieces with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer beef and garlic butter mixture to the slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth over the meat.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Use fresh garlic for best results.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
