Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese, onions, and tomatoes over the beef.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each burrito for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
