Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, honey, melted butter, egg, and milk.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
