Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add carrots, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add honey and stir to coat the carrots evenly.
- Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until carrots are tender.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving if desired.

- Adjust honey to taste for desired sweetness.
