Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Brush glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
- Baste ham occasionally for even coating.
- Remove ham when internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
