Description

Hot chocolate bombs are a fun and easy way to make rich, creamy hot chocolate. Just pour hot milk over the bomb and watch it melt to reveal the cocoa and marshmallows inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into silicone sphere molds, spreading evenly to coat the sides.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
  4. Fill half the spheres with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Seal the filled halves with more melted chocolate.
  6. Chill again for 5 minutes to harden.
  7. Place a bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it to melt.
