Description
Hot chocolate bombs are a fun and easy way to make rich, creamy hot chocolate. Just pour hot milk over the bomb and watch it melt to reveal the cocoa and marshmallows inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
- Pour melted chocolate into silicone sphere molds, spreading evenly to coat the sides.
- Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
- Fill half the spheres with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and mini marshmallows.
- Seal the filled halves with more melted chocolate.
- Chill again for 5 minutes to harden.
- Place a bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it to melt.
