Description

Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a fast, flavorful dish with a sweet-spicy honey glaze and creamy feta topping.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons hot honey

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry and season with spices.

2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

3. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side.

4. Drizzle hot honey and let it bubble slightly.

5. Top with feta while warm.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use thighs instead of breasts if desired.
