Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or crackers.
Notes
- You can use frozen spinach, but make sure to thaw and drain it well.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
