Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch sheet pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, melted butter, sour cream, key lime juice, zest, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before frosting or serving.
