Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 corn tortillas, cut into quarters
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix chicken, soups, tomatoes, broth, chili powder, and cumin in a bowl.
  3. Layer half the tortillas in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  5. Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
