Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream for richer sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked turkey, Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper, and salt.
- Add cooked pasta to the turkey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
