Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 lemon, zested
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Poke holes in the warm cake with a fork.
- Whisk lemon juice and powdered sugar, then pour over cake.
- Sprinkle lemon zest on top.
- Let cool before serving.
