Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens, then spread them on a large plate or bowl.
