Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend mango until smooth.
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Stir in mango puree.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving.
