  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (for glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Mix brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard for the glaze.
  5. Spread glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
