Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 ears corn, grilled and kernels removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
