For the Filling:

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Topping:

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3️⃣ Assemble: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

4️⃣ Make the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this buttery, crunchy goodness over the top of the casserole.

5️⃣ Bake & Serve: Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let it rest for a few minutes before digging in!
