Delicious mini ham and cheese quiches perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in ham and cheese.
- Pour mixture into muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
