Description
A fresh and flavorful miso cabbage slaw with sesame, perfect as a side dish or topping.
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and ginger.
- Add shredded cabbage to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
