Description
A simple and flavorful side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts with a savory miso glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Whisk miso, honey, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss roasted sprouts with the glaze and return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
