Description
Spicy jalapeño poppers filled with cream cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.
Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Mix cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a bacon slice.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños.
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds in.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
