Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the puff pastry into thin strips.
- Wrap the strips around each hot dog, leaving small gaps for the “mummy” eyes.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden.
- Use mustard or ketchup to dot eyes in the gaps.
