Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups bread cubes
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in mushrooms and kale, cook until tender.
- Add walnuts, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Combine the mixture with bread cubes in a large bowl.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture, toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
