Ingredients
– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup powdered sugar
– 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
– 3 large bananas, sliced
– 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
– 1 cup strawberries, sliced
– ½ cup chocolate syrup
– Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cake to set.
