Ingredients

– 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup powdered sugar
– 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
– 3 large bananas, sliced
– 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
– 1 cup strawberries, sliced
– ½ cup chocolate syrup
– Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cake to set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
