Description
These chewy No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars are a perfect mix of chocolate, oats, and peanut butter—ready in minutes with no oven needed.
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and oats until fully combined.
3. Press the oat mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×9 inch pan.
4. Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the oat base.
5. Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
6. Cut into bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Freeze between parchment layers for up to 2 months.
