Description
No-bake ice cream sandwich cake is a fast, freezer-friendly dessert layered with fudge, caramel, whipped topping, and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
20 ice cream sandwiches
2 cups hot fudge topping
3/4 cup caramel topping
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13 baking dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches.
2. Spread half the hot fudge and half the caramel on top.
3. Add a third of the Cool Whip.
4. Repeat layers with remaining sandwiches, hot fudge, and caramel.
5. Top with Cool Whip, chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
6. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
7. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use flavored sandwiches for creative variations.
To slice neatly, use a hot knife.
