Description
A simple and delicious one-pan meal with cheesy ranch potatoes and sausage.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage to the pan and stir.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake until melted (2-3 minutes).
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For crispier potatoes, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Can substitute with turkey sausage for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
