A simple and flavorful one-pan chicken dish with garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
