Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same pan.
  6. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
