Description
Soft and fluffy sweet rolls filled with orange and cranberry flavors, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and brown sugar evenly.
- Roll tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh orange zest for best flavor.
- Dough should double in size during rising.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
